Finding Organic toddler pajamas for sensitive kids
I’ve been a believer in buying organic for my son since he was first born, but my commitment deepened when he got eczema. He had sensitive skin since day one, which didn’t surprise me because I was the same as a kid, but initially our pediatrician predicted he would grow out of it. As he approach and passed two years old and we stopped breastfeeding, his eczema starting getting worse instead of getting better.
I started paying a lot of attention to what was on his skin, particularly when he was sleeping, which was still almost 15 hours a day (I am dreading him giving up his afternoon nap!).
I wanted to find readily available (amazon prime anyone?), reasonably priced organic pajamas that were as simple as possible - no tags, no ironed-on decals, not too much texture or too many different patterns.
After a lot of searching my #1 source has been what my mother has been recommending since day one (of course) - Hannah Anderson. (<<this link gets you 20% off).
They have lots of organic options, a great online store, frequent sales and when I finally got myself into their physical store, I had an awesome conversation with their store manager about how Hannah was designed for kids like my son who had sensitivities. Whether it’s sensitive skin or tactile sensitivity, their clothes and pjs in particular, are designed to be one fabric, totally smooth, no tags and organic!
They’re now our #1 go-to for organic toddler pajamas for our sensitive skin toddler.
